Manufactured in coniferous wood, a safe and sturdy construction. Delivered ready to install with a complete frame as well as detailed assembly instructions with pictures.
The 30mm insulated trap door is painted with a white base coat. Spring balanced trap door with recessed sealing lock, easy to manoeuvre with opening handle and sealed with a sealing strip to prevent heat loss and downward draughts.
Wooden 3-part folding step ladder, which fits onto the trap door when folded, no loft clearance required.
The protective pads included are to be attached to the bottom of the ladder after adjusting the ladder length. Max loading 150kgs (23.5 st)

Gas piston balanced trap door with an espagnolette lock with two bolts, very easy to manoeuvre with opening handle. Trap door is sealed to prevent heat loss and draught.
The trap door has an elegant architrave, is surface treated in matt white finish and is effectively insulated with 50mm insulation.
Two types of folding ladders in 3-parts in wood or in aluminium. Both fit onto the hatch door when folded and no loft clearance is required.
